A food science and nutrition industry networking event allowing members of industry and academia to meet and discuss novel scientific approaches to understand the role of fats in food and health.
The programme for the day includes keynote speakers from industry, presentations of industry-relevant research at the University of Leeds - from formulation to evidence claims, and networking opportunities throughout the day.
