About this event
The workshop supports the Greater Manchester Nutrition and Hydration programme which focuses on delivering a community intervention for identifying and addressing malnutrition and dehydration in the 65+ population.
The workshop will raise your knowledge and understanding of the importance of good nutrition, hydration & oral health in promoting well-being, quality of life & independence in older people. It also supports the local Living Well at Home initiative.
Please Note that it is delivered by Be Well Tameside and is free for anyone who lives, works/volunteers or who is registered with a Tameside GP only.
