Come and join Jeyanthi and Shubhra for an interactive workshop on finding out why it is important to eat rainbow coloured food. Different colours of food can have an impact on our mood, physical health and energy. Eating different coloured foods can have an impact on our energy system too.

We can bring ourselves back into harmony by focusing on our nutrition, doing meditation and yoga. By using this approach we can impact our body, mind and soul and find balance.

Come and meet like minded people, talk with a nutritional expert, and with an energy healer and meditation practitioner who has been practising meditation and self-care for 13 years. This is an opportunity to meet the local community and support one another to make healthier choices.

You will receive:

  • a guided meditation - focusing on the different energy centres
  • affirmations - to bring balance to our system
  • a few basic yoga postures - to bring balance to our system
  • a list of energy-balancing foods
  • nutritional guidance - from a nutritional expert
  • an essential oil experience - essential oils can have an instant calming effect which you'll get to try
