About our Speaker and Their Talk

Can AI really understand the richness of human experience — or does it risk losing the nuances that matter most?

Join Anna as she explores the opportunities and challenges of using AI in user research, sharing real-world lessons from Pocketworks’ diabetes management app, Carbs & Cals.

You’ll learn about:

➡️ How AI can help scale insights and reveal hidden patterns

➡️ The pitfalls of losing empathy, reinforcing bias, and oversimplifying human behaviour

➡️ Why balancing AI capabilities with real user feedback is essential to design tools that truly meet people’s needs
