About the talk
This talk is aimed at exploring how to create effective marketing communications by understanding human factors. No matter the channel, the fundamental human element stays constant. It’s crucial to tap into our audience's inherent behaviours and tendencies. We’ll discuss the model and practical methods for testing human factors to drive impactful results.

About Mike
Mike has worked in digital design for 10+ years, working at both specialist and full-service integrated agencies. He has experience working alongside market-leading brands such as HSBC, Pretty Little Thing and Norse Atlantic Airways. Currently working as a Head of Behavioural Science, he leads Impression's Digital Experience offering which intertwines CRO, CRM and Media Solutions, encompassing experimentation, research, UX design, marketing automation and customer experience. In addition to this, he's currently undertaking a PhD at MMU to better understand how commerce interfaces instil motivation at the brain level.Come and enjoy a slice of a pizza and a chat in our friendly local Liverpool digital community and gain valuable insights to apply to your own work.
