NVR Orientation and Refresher

Aims

Provide a base knowledge of the NVR model and its most common topics. Also good for persons who would like to refresh or renew their NVR knowledge.

Learning Outcomes

Participants will:

1. Understand the basic NVR model, background, theory, and underlying principles,

2. Understand key NVR concepts, such as Active Resistance and Parental Presence.

3.Learn and practice common NVR interventions, such as the Announcement and Sit-In.
