A unique fitness experience that strengthens cardiovascular fitness and improves mood regulation and brain function

About this event

This bootcamp is for you, if:

1. You want to strengthen your immune system to fight of winter colds and flu

2. You want to increase mental strength and robustness

3. You're bored of the same workout routines

Regular exercise strengthens your immune system so it can better fight off the flu, when you exercise and get your blood pumping, immune cells circulate through your body more quickly helping them seek and destroy infections.

It will also help in the long run to improve cardiovascular fitness. SAD or seasonal affective disorder puts a gloom over the colder months.

A daily workout releases feel-good, de-stress brain chemicals, giving you a break from the daily grind, helping to ease depression.

Plus, if you combine exercise with the great outdoors you can cheer yourself up even more. If you start the colder, darker, greyer winter months on a high you are more likely to maintain your good mood throughout the year.
