Welcome to the NW200 Truck Run, an exciting event that you won't want to miss! We've been working hard to bring you an action-packed afternoon that celebrates your love for trucks while raising money for The Community Rescue Service. This event is all about big rigs, loud engines, and a fun time for everyone. Whether you're a truck enthusiast or just looking for some excitement, this is the place to be!

Yes, FREE! Our event is open free of charge to the public to come and experience the biggest truck show in the north west.

Truck Registrations

Want to feature your top of the line show truck or vintage classic? Registration is now open to book your place!

*Please note, pre-booking of your vehicle is essential. Any vehicles arriving to the event without a valid pre-registered ticket will not be allowed entry.

Location & Entry

Entry to the event is via the North Entrance (closest to portstewart) of the University of Ulster on the Cromore Road.

TIMES

8am - Gates open for display trucks
11am - Gates close for display trucks

11.30am - Gates open to the public
2.30pm - Gates close to the public

3pm - Trucks depart for an iconic LAP OF THE NW200 CIRCUIT

OVERNIGHT STAY

Overnight stay on the saturday night can be pre-arranged, just contact us at truckrun@communityrescue.org to register your interest.

NW200 GALA DINNER

As a part of the NW200 Festival week, we will be hosting the NW200 Gala Dinner on Saturday, 4th May 2024 following the NW200 Truck Run. This exclusive event will take place in the beautiful setting of the Hospitality Marquee at the pits. Along with the spectacular venue the fabulous catering and service for the evening will be provided by the renowned and award-winning Arbutus Catering. We are also delighted to announce that one of Northern Irelands funniest and most entertaining stars the charming Colin Barkley will be the compere and comedian for the night, ensuring a delightful atmosphere. To add to the excitement, the evening will be further enhanced by live music performed by Atomic who have a massive following and are recognised as a first-class act and they will be keeping the festivities going till late.

Entry to the Gala Dinner will be by ticket only so don’t miss your opportunity to have a fantastic evening out with friends, staff or customers whilst supporting such a worthwhile and essential cause.

Tickets for the event are available for only £95 per person with tables for 6+ available, there will also be a charity auction on the night.
