How do I join?

This event will take place on Microsoft Teams - A link to join will be sent to you 2 days prior to the event and again as a 30-minute reminder through Eventbrite so please check your inbox and spam/junk folder.

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

You may cancel your booking up to one calendar month without charge. Any cancellations made within two weeks of the training date will incur a 50% charge. Any cancellations made within a week of the training will be liable for full payment

What if NWG cancel the training?

Accepted Answer

If we cancel the training for any reason, we will refund 100% of the fee, but will not be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred. We always endeavour to reschedule a date as opposed to cancelling it

Question 4

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Accepted Answer

In the event of you being unable to attend you may transfer your ticket to a colleague with prior permission from the NWG.
Please note that a NWG member may only transfer to another NWG member and a non-member to a non-member
