How do I join?

Ticket holders will be sent a Microsoft Teams link to join. This link will be sent 2 days before and again 30 minutes before the start time

Question 3

I have a ticket but I can no longer attend?

Accepted Answer

Once a place is secured you may amend your delegate name without charge. You can transfer your ticket to someone else. An NWG member can only transfer to another NWG member and a nonmember to another non-member. If you need help please contact network@nwgnetwork.org

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

You may cancel your booking up to one calendar month without charge. Any cancellations made within two weeks of the training date will incur A 50% charge. Any cancellations made within a week of the training will be liable for full payment

What if NWG cancel the training?

Accepted Answer

If we cancel the training for any reason, we will refund 100% of the fee, but will not be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred. We always endeavour to reschedule a date as opposed to cancelling it.
