Learning objectives:

· Bring a whole MDTperspective to the care of the baby and family

· To understand the impact of an admission to the neonatal unit on the longer term outcomes for infants and the benefits of neuroprotective care

· Demonstrate the practical implementation of neurodevelopmental care

An opportunity to think as a MDT about how we embed trauma informed, neuroprotective care for the benefit of all of our babies and families and impact the long term outcomes of our infants.
