Nyatiti Sound Bath

Rapasa Nyatrapasa Otieno and Mark Barfoot are facilitating stillness using the whirling melodies of the nyatiti African lyre and Handpan. It is a beautiful and peaceful sound space to create openness and help the mind and body to recover from the various stresses we encounter daily and invite peace and oneness. The most important thing is to feel comfortable so if lying or sitting down is best you will need to bring with you a warm blanket.
