Our Open Kumite Class at Oaklands Wolves focuses on improving coordination, balance, reaction, and distance control. Athletes develop their ability to manage space, anticipate follow-up opportunities, and refine their skills through scenario-based sparring drills, all aimed at enhancing tactical awareness and performance.

These sessions are for those who aleady have experience on the Mat and want to take their skills to the next step.
