OBSEA masterclass: Budgeting and Financial Planning

This Masterclass will teach award winners the skills and tips needed to successfully manage a budget and draw up financial plans. Come along if you wish to develop your budgeting ability and to ensure your project is as cost-effective as possible.

This session is run by Michael Niles of Wenta, an organisation set up in the 1980s to encourage business start-ups and support small businesses. Wenta offers a variety of services, including one-to-one and online business start-up advice and guidance, business training and development opportunities, business centre premises and education programmes.

Michael joined Wenta in June 2010 prior to which he spent 12 years as a manager representing large organisations such as the Merchants Group, Unilever and Barclaycard. At Wenta, Michael delivers training through the Barclays Let’s Talk seminars and Wenta’s business training courses.
