Will we be scrying with the mirror to see into the future like a crystal ball?

No. This is a different practice that is more about self-reflection and purifying our energy. We train ourselves to look for specific things in the mirror as part of it.

Do I need my own obsidian mirror for the workshop?

Yes. These can be purchased online check Google. Or local crystal/spiritual shops may have them.
