OCD-UK Conference - Glasgow 2017

OCD-UK’s annual conference this year takes place in Glasgow and will bring together 300 delegates at the world-class Scottish Event Campus (formerly the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre) on Saturday 8th July 2017 between 9:30am and 5:30pm.
The conference, with an innovative and practical programme with key international and Scottish speakers will focus on promoting recovery from OCD, and is aimed at people affected by Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) but is open to anybody with an interest in OCD. In the past delegates have included people with OCD, family, friends and carers, academics and health professionals.
Confirmed speakers include (more to be added):
- Glasgow based recovered OCD sufferer, Sandy Nisbet
- OCD specialist Professor Paul Salkovskis
- Glasgow based anxiety specialist Professor Chris Williams who will be talking about coping with feelings and low mood and low confidence.
- Representative of the only Scottish OCD service, the Dundee Advanced Intervention Service (AIS)
