About this event

The Northern Ireland Marine Task Force (NIMTF) invites you to attend a diverse and holistic panel discussion about sustainable fisheries in Northern Ireland to showcase good practice being done to achieve sustainability within the Fishing sector. This panel discussion will showcase our understanding of different terms used in the marine environment, alongside local, regional videos from Northern Ireland to showcase where there has been collaboration with industry to ensure best practice is being carried forward.

After the panel discussion, there will be a screening of the David Attenborough Ocean documentary to show the comparison of bad practice which takes place at a global scale, but does not reflect the good work happening regionally being done across key stakeholders and sectors within Northern Ireland.
