OCLC organiza, el jueves 31 de mayo de 2018, una sesión disponible de forma presencial y en streaming sobre temas de actualidad para las Bibliotecas como el Cambio y la Innovación. Analiza el papel de la cooperación para facilitar avances cualitativos en el Servicio a los usuarios, incrementar la eficiencia de los procedimientos de trabajo, así como fomentar la innovación y abrir camino hacia el futuro.
Esta sesión contará con personalidades influyentes del mundo bibliotecario:
- Eugenio Tardón, Subdirector de Tecnología e Innovación Bibliotecaria,
- y Javier García García, Subdirector de Procesos y Servicios Bibliotecarios - Universidad Complutense Madrid.
- Thomas Hodge, Associate University Librarian for Technology & Technical Services - American University of Sharjah.
Y estará moderada por Maryvonne Enjolras, Directora Regional en OCLC.
