A complete pregnancy & birth preparation course for you and your birth partner.

Taught across 4 Tuesday evenings (September 30th, October 14th, 21st & 28th 2025).

A face to face group course in Tring, Hertfordshire (close to Leighton Buzzard, Berkhamsted, Aylesbury, Chesham & Hemel).

Class sizes are limited to ensure you feel comfortable asking questions.

Hypnobirthing is for ALL births, not just natural or homebirth or water births. It can incorporate gas & air or epidurals too.

Challenging your perceptions, growing your confidence and using simple Hypnobirthing techniques for a more positive birth.

Learn about your birthing body and how to work with it.

Understand all of your options and birth choices and giving your birth partner the confidence to support you fully and help you work with your caregivers.
