Andrew Golland is a specialist in the field of development appraisal. He is a Chartered Surveyor and has a PhD in the field of Development Economics.
He is author of the ‘Three Dragons’ Toolkit, a development appraisal tool which operates in around 150 local authorities across England and Wale
The company develops viability software for the industry and Dr Golland is an author of the Greater London Authority’s Toolkit and the Wales Development Appraisal Toolkit (DAT) as well as a range of software models across the UK.
