Engaging with the Right People, in the Right Place, at the Right Time

Depending on who you believe, it’s estimated that we’re exposed to between 5,000 – 20,000 brands every day, with exposure to specific adverts sitting at around 3,000. Thanks to the bombardment of media, it’s safe to say that automatically filtering out the messages that don’t resonate has become second nature—not just for us, but for our audiences, visitors and customers as well.

Our audiences, visitors and customers expect and deserve better, and with companies like Amazon leading the way, it’s no wonder that they expect brands to understand their needs and be much more personable. After all, people like to buy from people.

So what’s a buyer persona?

A buyer persona is a fictitious profile of a desired customer type. They generally contain insights into demographics, motivations, and habits, to build a picture of a specific subset of your customers. Brands often build out between 3-5 buyer personas for their products or services, which are then used to inform the creation of content, campaigns, websites, products, and services—which is key to targeting the right individuals with the right content, at the right time, and in the right place.

If you want to find out how to create buyer personas and how they can improve your marketing, Culture Republic’s October First Wednesday is for you. Come along to this session to hear from Mike Brooke, Head of Strategy, and Keenan Erwin, Social Media Manager at brand led digital creative agency MadeBrave and learn:

  • How to create buyer personas by asking the right questions
  • How personas can improve your marketing, sales and product/service development
  • What tools and templates you can use to create and validate your personas
  • How to use your personas to create engaging content, campaigns, and new products

Who should attend?

Anyone responsible or interested in driving sales, increasing their audience, visitor and customer engagement, as well as developing new products or services for their arts organisation.

ABOUT FIRST WEDNESDAYS

Some of the most stimulating sessions take place when there’s the opportunity to step away from the pressure of a busy job, get together with colleagues and share learning.

That’s why we host ‘First Wednesdays’ – a series of topical, bite-sized information sessions taking place on the first Wednesday of each month.

They are an open invitation each month for our Partners and industry colleagues to regularly drop in our offices to keep up to date with ideas and examples of useful practice we’ve gathered from across the country.

It might be as simple as hearing how other people have successfully tackled the same challenges you face building profitable customer relationships and wider public engagement or learning about the raft of new tools or approaches emerging daily.

Our goal is to inspire fresh thinking, expand current networks and focus on the Most Important Thing … to build new audiences and greater engagement.

If you can’t join us in person, why not sign up for a periscope registration.  You will be able to tune in remotely so you can still hear from our speakers from wherever you are!
