October half term sports camp with Mr Pierce

The holiday camp will be run at Brentside Primary Academy across a range of facilities including the MUGA, school hall, dining room, playgrounds and classrooms.

We have full day bookings priced at £30 (8/830am-330pm) as well as half day bookings priced at £20 (morning: 8/830am-12 or afternoon: 12-330pm)

The day will start by registering your child at the Brants Walk entrance (W7 1BU) between 8-8:30am

The day will end at 3:30pm and pupils will be dismissed through the Brants Walk entrance (W7 1BU)

No, you can book for the day/days that suit you and your child.

Don’t worry, please let us know via the contact telephone number 07709887866 or Whatsapp if you are running late and a member of staff will open the gate for you

In the unlikely event of an emergency/injury, members of staff are first aid trained and are able to deal with routine injuries. We will contact parents directly if there are any injuries throughout the day. Please ensure that your details are up to date to ensure a smooth process.

Yes, a 20% sibling discount. Unfortunately, this site cannot facilitate the change in price at present. Please contact Mr Pierce directly via 07709887866 to discuss. Alternatively, when you book for siblings, I will refund you the difference as the booking form asks for the names of the pupils

In the event that there are too few pupils to run the day, we will ensure that you have as much notice as possible to make alternative arrangements and will fully refund you

Please try to refrain from parking in Brants Walk and park on other nearby side roads. We are trying to be considerate of our neighbours. Thanks in advance

Our camp runs on a foundation of respect between coaches and pupils. We will inform parents at the end of each day where necessary when this is not the case. In the event of a serious incident, we reserve the right to contact you to collect your child if we deem the safety and enjoyment are impacted

Your son/daughter will require the following: - suitable clothing for sport and weather conditions (coats if cold) - water bottle (can be refilled throughout the day) - a packed lunch each day (break time fruit will be provided each day) - any medication/inhalers that they require. No nuts
