A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are ‘bathed’ in sound waves produced by various instruments.

These instruments, such as crystal bowls, gongs, rain sticks and chimes create soothing, harmonic tones designed to induce deep relaxation and a meditative state.

The goal is to create an immersive healing experience that allows participants to unwind. The vibrations of the sounds help clear the mind, release tension and promote a sense of well-being.
