October Ukraine Run 2025 – Stand With Ukraine
Come join us for the October Ukraine Run 2025 – Stand With Ukraine event! Lace up your running shoes and show your support for Ukraine. This in-person event is a great way to connect with others who share your passion for standing with Ukraine. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun way to get active, this event is for you.
Your donation in support of the event will contribute to the fundraiser to help the Ukrainian paramedical group Hospitallers who provide direct medical assistance to people suffering from the war in Ukraine. Please see our fundraising page here.
This run is organised by volunteers and Cambridge Run for Ukraine that shares one belief: movement brings people together — and even small steps can show big solidarity.
🕙 Start time: 11:30 AM
📍 Start location: Riverside, Cambridge, UK
🏁 Finish: At a nearby pub, where we’ll wind down, reflect, and connect.
Distance: Run, jog or walk 1, 3, 5, or 10 km!
This event is open to everyone:
– Walkers, joggers, runners, families, friends, pets
– Ukrainians, locals, allies — all who care
💙💛 Whether you come with a flag, wear blue and yellow, or simply walk beside others — your presence matters.
There will be no competition — just movement, meaning, and shared support. Let's come together to make a difference and show our solidarity with Ukraine. See you there!
PLEASE NOTE
Participating in this fun run is a voluntary activity and at your own risk. Children are welcome to run, but if they are under 11 they should be accompanied by an adult.
By entering, you agree that you are physically capable of completing the distance you chose to run, are responsible for your own safety during the event and will follow all instructions from the organisers.
You also agree that organisers, volunteers, and sponsors are not liable for any accidents during the event or any injuries, losses, or damages you may incur.
You grant permission to the event organizer to use photographs, video or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes.
