Event description

Description

The OcuMel UK conference takes place annually in September and involves experts in all aspects of ocular melanoma. The day is aimed at patients and caregivers, but medical professionals often find the event useful and are very welcome to take part. We build in plenty of time for socialising and networking, including morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and an hour for lunch. We know many of our members are looking forward to meeting up with friends they have met online, perhaps for the first time, and to meet new contacts.

Additional Information

OcuMel UK are keen to link up with other patient organisations as we recognise the need for collaborative working, given the rarity of the cancer. We are eager to make contact with patient advocates from other European countries, to encourage and support them with starting their own organisations. Please contact us to discuss this further or if you have any questions. We hope to see you there.
