OD Community Network Meeting

North East Leadership Academy OD Network

This is a half day event divided into a presentation of the research & framework but then moving into group discussion and plenary sessions. The emphasis is on debate and dialogue. The session will be provoked by Dr Paul Stokes, OB/HRM Subject Group Leader, Sheffield Business School

This event will be useful for:

• OD practitioners using coaching
• Executive coaches & supervisors
• Coaching/ mentoring scheme organisers
• Consultants working with C & M tools and techniques

By the end of the session you will have learnt:

• what is meant by a skilled coachee
• based on current research, what sorts of skills a skilled coachee has
• what the implications are for OD practitioners, coaches, coachees and other stakeholders
• how coachee development might be designed & delivered
