Overview:

Whether you are new to a leadership role or looking to build your confidence when working with key groups of stakeholders - impact and presence are important skills to harness, especially while being authentic. This workshop is all about how to show-up as a leader, leading with confidence and having the self-assuredness to drive your messages. It will help you effectively build relationships with groups and individuals as well as demonstrate how to maintain rapport in challenging times while delivering difficult messages.

You will explore not just what you say – but how you say it. Gain awareness over how your behaviours impact others and how to authentically flex your style and respond to different audiences. As relationships are the glue that hold organisations together, understanding impact and presence is a key skill for leaders driving the future of the Civil Service.

• Have greater confidence communicating in large group situations.
• Find your ‘voice’ and have the self-assurance to speak up.
