The second Obligations North Discussion Group will be held on the 1st of October, 12:30-16:30, at the aptly named Lord Hope Building in the City Centre of Glasgow.
The event will involve three papers, one to be delivered by a distinguished chair of English law, another to be delivered by a distinguished chair of Scots law (and former Scottish Law Commissioner) with a third delivered by the event's organiser.
