Odlo Glentress 11 - Trail Run
Welcome to TweedLove’s first ever trail-running event.
As you might guess from the name, the event shares a lot in common with the ever-popular Odlo Glentress Seven endurance mtb race.
The course will be more or less the same one used for the bike race, which is the following day.
The Odlo Glentress 11 km trail run aims to share the same sense of fun and adventure that the bike race has done successfully for the last six years. The course is just under 11km and features some beautiful bike and foot trails around Glentress forest.
Course distance 11km
Total ascent 375m
Highest point 406m (starting altitude 179m)
Race start 6.30pm (TBC), Friday 26th May 2017

Some favourite Glentress bike trails are used for the event, but don’t worry about bikes being present – the entire course is closed to all other users apart from the event runners.
