ODST Seminars
Regular Leadership Seminars through the academic year enhance training and development offer for ODST school leaders. There is a broad range of sessions throughout the year covering specific areas of school leadership, which will help leaders to develop their schools. These will be led by ODST school leaders and members of the central team with experience and knowledge in each area, with plenty of case studies and examples as well as opportunity for discussion and collaboration.

These sessions will be run either from Wantage on a Thursday afternoon (2 sessions from 1.15 – 3.30), online on a Thursday afternoon (1 session from 1.15 – 2.30), or as afternoon seminars at the termly Leadership Conferences.
