Join us for a very special Jelly Tots brought to you exclusively as part of Open for Art 2017.

We are very excited to welcome singer & songwriter Nick Cope to Open for Art on Friday 30th June for a special craft and music session. Enjoy a 45-minute arts workshop with the Jelly Team, making and crafting your very own pet (burping) dinosaurfollowed by a fun filled, interactive 60-minute music session with the ever-popular NickCope and his original & witty repertoire, enjoyed by children and parents alike.

This lovely family event is set in the friendly atmosphere of The Biscuit Tin café, near Reading Station, with fresh coffee and cake available on their menu. It is expected to be an enjoyable morning for all, full to the brim with art, music and fun!

Timings

Craft session: 10:30am - 11:15am (45 minutes)

Music session: 11:15am - 12:15pm (60 minutes)

About Jelly Tots

Jelly Tots is a pre-school art club led by artists and designers, for children from up to 5 yrs. With over 20 years combined experience between them and creative skills ranging from fine art to fashion design and textiles to theatre, our fantastic team run a programme of creative workshops that encourage your child (and you) to join in, learn, make, be creative and play together.

About Nick Cope

Nick Cope is a professional singer and songwriter and has over 20 years of experience in music, including international success as lead singer and songwriter with The Candyskins in the 1990s. He now writes and records music for children and has established a fanatical army of little people and their parents, from all over the world.

His five CD’s of original songs for children have become a must have for thousands of young families. Nick performs all over the UK at all the major art and music festivals including Edinburgh Fringe and Book Festival, Hay and Cheltenham literary festival and hundreds of theatre and arts centres.

We are delighted that Nick will be joining us for his debut performance at Open for Art 2017 and look forward to seeing you there!
