ELISABETH HOPPER
Elisabeth is an Actor/Producer. Currently lead Producer of The Netflix Documentary Talent Fund and Head of Film Talent Initiatives at WDM Entertainment. Her career spans producing, acting, and writing across Film, TV and Theatre, providing her with a 360° perspective on the industry. A passionate advocate for equitable access to the industry, Elisabeth has focused on creating grassroot talent development schemes for the past 10 years, overseeing £1,000,000 + in alternative funding. Upcoming TV performances in ‘25 include Disclaimer (Apple TV+) The Hack (ITV) and Casualty (BBC1).
JOAN IYIOLA
Joan Iyiola is an actress, filmmaker and co-founder of Apatan Productions. Her short Dọlápọ̀ Is Fine (2020) won the HBO Short Film Award, was BAFTA-longlisted, screened at 175+ festivals and was acquired by Disney+, Netflix and HBO. Her directorial debut Mango (2025) premiered at Santa Barbara International Film Festival and won Best Midnight Short at Palm Springs ShortFest. Screen credits include Disclaimer (Apple TV+), Everything Now(Netflix), Black Earth Rising (BBC/Netflix) and Too Close (ITV). Stage work spans the RSC, Young Vic and Almeida. Joan co-founded The Mono Box, is an alumni of BBC Studios Writers’ Academy and was named as one of Digital Spy’s Black British Star of Tomorrow.
