Everyone is welcome to join us for some poetry in the park as Off The Chest returns to All Point's East's IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD for the 3rd year in a row on Monday 18th August!
We're back where it all began in arugably London's best park for both a creative poetry workshop led by co-founder Ella Dorman-Gajic followed by an open mic event with two incredible faeture poets: Lalah-Simone Springer and one more TBA! Best of all? It's totally free!
You can join us for both parts or just one, no pressure.
Full schedule
- 6pm-7:15pm: Free Poetry Workshop with Ella. Welcome to all skill levels. Totally chilled vibes, just bring something to write with as Ella guides you through poetry prompts and discussion.
- 7:15pm-7:30pm: Short break and networking with your fellow poetry attendees.
- 7:30pm onwards: Open mic! Sign up on the night. PLus features from Lalah-Simone Springer and one more feature TBA. If you've booked for the workshop, then you automatically get a slot on our open mic if you would like to perform. But if you haven't attended the workshop you're more than welcome to stroll up to the event for free, no tickets needed!
