The Offender 2 Recovery team from West Midlands Police will present their ground-breaking partnership initiative, aimed at addressing drug related retail crime. The programme targets individuals involved in high levels of offending linked to Class A drug addiction and poor mental health,combining residential rehabilitation with a longterm approach to behavioural change.
