You will be supported by social enterprise Community Catalysts, working in partnership with Denbighshire Council.

This is all about you offering what you enjoy and what you’re good at. You might offer:

• Companionship

• Practical help (e.g. around the house, going shopping, meeting friends or going to appointments)

• Doing fun stuff (chatting, going for walks or visiting nice places)

• Well-being support (e.g. walks or exercise)

• Gardening, DIY, or IT – if that’s your thing

• Help with washing and dressing, using the toilet etc
