Office Hours is an initiative to give wiiings to game developers, providing a co-working space for game devs to meet, work together in-person and collaborate on their ideas and projects.

When is it?

This event is on Tuesday November 26th. Co-working starts at 09:00 - 18:00, with an evening panel and networking event from 18:00 - 22:30.

Who is it for?

Game developers of any level and function! Whether you’re a sole developer, a small team of five or a team of 20 who wants to work off-site, all are welcome.

What should I bring?

Ideally, you just need to bring your laptops or any essential equipment that is easy to transport. We have approximately 25 monitors (USB-C to HDMI adaptors not provided), keyboards and mice available. Please let the team know how much space you'll need when reaching out to book your slot.

How do I get there?

The Red Bull Gaming Sphere is located at Whitby St, London, E1 6JT. Closest Overground Station is Shoreditch High Street (3-minute walk), and closest Underground Station is Liverpool Street (14-minute walk). The venue is downstairs but there is a disabled access entrance available.

Who can I bring?

Anyone over the age of 18! Please just give the team an accurate idea of how many of you there will be in your booking. Please also respect the number of seats you book. If a member of your party is unsure of attending, do not book a ticket and we can accommodate them on the day.

How big is the space?

The Red Bull Gaming Sphere will have a 45 capacity for a co-working setup, and 180 standing for the evening event. The team is always happy to discuss options with developers if they have any showcases they would like to run out of the venue.

Question 8

Can I book a separate room?

Accepted Answer

There are two separate rooms available, one being able to hold between 6-8 people, and the other holding 10-12 people. These rooms are separate to the main space, and will provide a quieter environment for calls if needed, but will be bookable in person on the day.

We will be hosting a panel at 19:15 with the topic of 'Virtual Prometheus: Bringing fire and other phenomena to life in video games' with Christopher Harper, Lead Technical Artist at Soul Assembly joining us.

Can I showcase my game?

Yes! We have plenty of monitors and space for you to showcase your title.
