Join the Offline Women for a phone-free walk and a mindful autumn leaves pressing workshop in Regent's Park.
This event is all about stepping away from the screen and into nature and real connection. Our walk will be a chance to enjoy the crisp autumn air, chat with new people, and simply be present.
An opportunity to leave your phone in your bag and truly disconnect for a couple of hours.
As we walk, we will be collecting beautiful fallen leaves. You'll get to find those vibrant reds, golds, and oranges that you will want to save.
After the walk, we will gather for a hands-on autumn leaves pressing session. This is a simple, calming craft where you’ll learn to preserve the beauty of your foraged leaves.
What to Bring
Just bring yourself and an old book or a thick notebook that you're willing to use for pressing the leaves. We will provide the protective paper towel you'll need.
