Ofsted Inspection Readiness for Supported Accommodation

This training session on Ofsted inspection readiness for providers of supported accommodation will equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to prepare for and succeed in an Ofsted inspection.

Participants will learn about the key inspection criteria, including the focussing on the regulations and standards. The session will cover practical steps for ensuring compliance with Ofsted's expectations, such as maintaining accurate records, engaging young people in feedback, and ensuring staff are properly trained and supported. Additionally, participants will gain insights into the inspection process itself, including what inspectors look for, how to demonstrate good practice, and how to address areas for improvement. By the end of the training, providers will feel confident in their ability to present their service effectively and evidence the highest standards of care during an Ofsted inspection.
