This workshop will develop commitments to anti-corruption for the UK's 2016-18 Open Government Partnership National Action Plan.  Issues under consideration will include:

• Anti-corruption plan,
• Extractives,
• Whistleblowing and
• Beneficial ownership

As a member of the Open Government Partnership, every two years the UK government in collaboration with civil society must develop an open government national action plan, setting out specific, measurable and time bound commitments to open government reforms. Progress against these commitments will be reviewed by civil society and the Independent Reporting Mechanism of the OGP.

The UK's third National Action Plan is due for publication in June 2016, and is being collaboratively developed between government and civil society. This workshop will feed directly into the development of anti-corruption commitments for the action plan.
