About this event
” Oi! Look what I made.” is a solo exhibition by Blackpool artist Rebecca Davies also known as Grumpy Girl Graphics. Davies is a Ba Hons Interior Design graduate working as a freelance graphic and spacial artist. There is a selection of works which touch on a verity of subjects from Blackpool culture to mental health to feminism which will be on show at Blott Artist Studios from 25th of September to the 30th of October.
The exhibition will include three series:
‘ome is where the’ art is: a typography series which is inspired by Blackpool culture and dialect.
Colours of my soul: a series of spatial works which depict emotion through colour.
Women & words: a collection of pieces which dissect the relationship we have with women and the words we use to describe them.
