Join us in 3sixty for a night of classic Oktoberfest celebrations!

Expect: Beer steins, games, live music from an oomph band, traditional snacks and food, traditional Bavarian fancy dress & good times.

Tickets are limited so grab them quickly!

Arrive early to bag yourself a seat at a table.

£5 ~CASH~ deposit for a stein. Steins hold two pints, which means less moving from your seat to refill! You can either keep your stein at the end of the night or return it for you £5 deposit back.

Fancy Dress is encouraged - the band will be looking out for the best dressed!

• Venue: 3sixty
• Last Entry: 9pm
• Doors open at 7pm
• Arrive early to get a table
• Steins must not be damaged or lost in order to have your deposit returned
• VIP - guarunteed table for your party.
• Over 18's only with valid photo card government issued age proof ID and Student Campus Card
• Guests must be signed into the venue at a 1:1 ratio with a UoR student
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
• The account holder must be present and all the tickets must be redeemed together
• All tickets will be scanned at point of entry - either via phone or physical print out
• There is no re-entry to the venue
• Management reserved the right to refuse entrance to the venue
• Drugs Detection Dogs may be in operation on the entrance to the venue
• Those who are indicated by the Drugs Dogs will be refused entry to the venue
• Those showing signs of alcohol intoxication or of excessive "pre-loading" will also be refused
• Breathalysers will be in operation on the entrance to the venue
