An event of the Funders' Collaborative Hub
The Older People Funders’ Collaborative aims to bring together a range of different funders committed to supporting work with and for older people across the country. We want to promote better awareness of one another’s work and identify opportunities for collaboration that will benefit the sector in the short, medium and longer terms as we “build back better” following the pandemic.
Following a useful initial session, we are reconvening to reflect on learning from the National Lottery Community Fund’s Ageing Better programme, and discussing the output from a recent collaboration between The Mercers’ Company and Independent Age. Through networking discussions, we hope to identify key barriers and enablers to collaboration to further shape the work of the Collaborative in the future.
