Do you accept cash and card payments?

Accepted Answer

Both cash and card payments are accepted at the bar. Only cash is accepted at Brian's Butchers' food stall. We do recommend having some cash on hand for the bar in case the card machines are not working.

Question 2

Do I need to print my ticket off?

Accepted Answer

You do not need to print your ticket. We have a list of all ticket holders at the front gate and will be able to find your ticket without a printout. You just need to know the name of the ticket holder.

Will tickets be available at the gate?

Accepted Answer

Due to this being a limited-capacity event, to ensure everyone has the opportunity to dance, no tickets will be available at the gate.

Our address is Oldfields Farm, Frith Common, Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, WR15 8JX. You can find us on Google Maps by searching for Oldfields Cider.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed at the event as we are a working farm.

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

There is plenty of parking available on-site. Parking is free for all vehicles except live-in vehicles. Live-in vehicles must have a camping pass for admission.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Accepted Answer

You cannot bring your own alcohol to the event. Any alcohol seen by staff that has not been purchased from the bar during the event will be confiscated. We are a small, growing business and our bar is reasonably priced.

What are the campsite and main area opening times?

Accepted Answer

Campers may arrive from 17:00 to get set-up. Non-campers may arrive from 18:00 when the main area opens. Please do not arrive before our gates open as we will not be able to admit you. The main area is open: 18:00 – 11:00.

Question 9

What facilities are available?

Accepted Answer

Main area: There are multiple portable toilets located in the main area.

Campsite: There is one portable toilet located at the campsite along with a central drinking water point. There are no permanent wash facilities available.

All toilets are standard festival portaloos.
