Do you accept cash and card payments?

Accepted Answer

Both cash and card payments are accepted at the bar and by our food suppliers. For anyone wanting to buy a ticket on the night, only cash will be accepted at the gate. We do recommend having cash on hand regardless, as card machines are not always functional.

Question 2

What are the campsite and main area opening times?

Accepted Answer

Campers may arrive from 16:00 to get set-up. Non-campers may arrive from 17:00 when the main area opens. Gates shut to all at 20:00. Please do not arrive before our gates open or after they close as we will not be able to admit you. The main area is open: 17:00 – 00:30.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

We are a small, growing business and our bar is reasonably priced. We kindly ask that you do not bring any alcohol to the event. Any alcohol not purchased on-site may be removed by staff.

What facilities are available?

Accepted Answer

Main area: There are portable toilets located around the main area.
Campsite: There is one portable toilet located at the campsite along with a safe drinking water point. There are no permanent wash facilities available. All toilets are standard festival portaloos.

Do I need to print my ticket off?

Accepted Answer

You do not need to print your ticket. We will have a list of ticket holders at the gate and will be able to find your ticket without a printout. Please make sure you know the name of the ticket holder for us to find your ticket.

Will tickets be available at the gate?

Accepted Answer

Tickets will be available to buy at the gate for cash only.

Our address is Oldfields Farm, Frith Common, Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, WR15 8JX. You can find us on Google Maps by searching for Oldfields Cider.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed at the event as we are a working farm.

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

There is parking available on-site. Parking is free for all vehicles except live-in vehicles. Live-in vehicles must have a camping pass for admission.
