Oliver McGowan (Tier 2) 2day- Facilitating Trainer training
Familiarise with the full Tier 2 learning disability and autism content and deepen your understanding of learning disability and autism. This course will develop your co-facilitation skills and how to work with co-trainers with lived experience. This will also position you to be able to handle difficult questions, discussions and co-production in training. You will also be developed to be able to provide ongoing support, supervision, and development for co-trainers.
