You will hear about franchising and other means of expansion as well as how to get the best price if you want to sell your business.
The Olympic Sprint Business Coaching method was developed by entrepreneur, author and founder of the Open Trade Network, Amal Douglas. He brings together is love and insight for track and field and athletics coaching, and fuses that with his lifelong drive of promoting entrepreneurship and access to business. His philosophy is that sustained success in business needs the same dedication, good coaching and practice that is integral to success in sport, and praticular to olympic sprinters.
This special introductory session will introduce you to the concepts of Olympic Sprint Business Coaching and highlight the ways you can apply this to your own situation.
You will hear about the unique Talent Development Model and how to implement that in your own situation as well as the tried and tested Five Point Action Plan for Business Improvement & Optimisation.
Perhaps more importantly, on this programmes you'll get to meet others on the same journey who will be like your training partners and help to keep you motivated and also be a gauge of success.
