You can show your ticket on your phone/device, but you must be able to show the actual ticket with barcode (not just an email showing the order).

Only assistance animals are allowed at the show.

Under-16s can enter the show for free when accompanied by an adult.

A selection of vegetarian and vegan hot and cold food, snacks and beverages will be available throughout the event. The venue do not allow you to bring your own food into the venue. There are some special dietary / allergy exceptions. Contact the venue direct for more information - 020 8365 4343

Can I re-enter the show if I want to leave the venue?

If you want to leave the venue after you buy your ticket, please ensure that you have a valid wristband or hand stamp, so you can re-enter without purchasing another ticket.

Yes, you can park at Alexandra Palace. Car parking charges apply.

Is there disabled access to the venue?

Alexandra Palace is fully accessible to disabled visitors; the OM Yoga Show takes place at ground level, with access to the Palace workshop room, located on a lower floor, available by lift.

Is there disabled parking available?

There are disabled access parking spaces specifically for blue badge holders, both in the Grove car park and the East Car Park.

Does my carer need to purchase a ticket?

Registered carers do not require to purchase a ticket, but will need to identify themselves as your carer when you arrive together.

Yes there is a free water point in the venue.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

You will need to bring my own mat to this year's show, they won't be provided in any of the class or workshop areas.

Yes, you can.  A one day ticket can be used on any one of the days of the show.
