About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

As we continue our heartfelt journaling series, we now arrive at a deeply nourishing chapter: self-love and compassion.

In our past sessions, we began with gratitude and the foundations of journaling, moved through the gentle process of letting go, then looked ahead with intention through goal-setting and visioning. This next session is a natural continuation: an invitation to come home to yourself.

This guided journaling experience is centered around refining your relationship with yourself. It’s a space to explore how you speak to yourself, hold yourself, and celebrate who you are becoming.

No matter where you are on your journey, this session is a soft landing. A place to honour how far you’ve come, and how beautifully you’re still unfolding.

Bring your journal, your favorite pen, and a willingness to be kind to yourself. 💗
