Amanda Hislop

Observation, imagination, and inspiration inform Amanda’s evocative response to land sea sky and trees; drawing is a key element in her work. She delivers calm, creative workshops derived from her working practice combining paint, paper, fabric, and stitch.

Ruth Issett

Ruth’s work is an ongoing fascination with the observation, creation and use of colour. Using paper, fabric, dye, print and stitch, she colours and composes work for a number of different purposes. She has always loved to share this enthusiasm by working in adult education, not just in the U.K. but worldwide. She has also written 6 books and has latterly been working freelance from her studio in rural Shropshire.
