Hypnobirthing/relaxation classes via zoom every Tuesday . Come along and experience what it feels like to totally relax. This the fundamental skill used when hypnobirthing your baby. These sessions were offered FREE but there were so many mums booking onto the session that didn't login in has spoiled it for everyone else. I am now charging £5 per session. If you then decide to enrol on the full hypnobirthing course I will reduce the hypnobirthing course by the £5 fee.

If you decide to enrol on a hypnobirthing course you will learn how to let go of fear, gain confidence, practice your techniques . You will also be able to access the meditation classes on a weekly basis FREE of charge. You will learn how to work with your mind and body and how to navigate the medical system that is in place. Hypnobirthing mothers have calmer shorter births, less medication and are in more control as they understand how to work with their bodies and their minds. Hypnobirthing will always make a difference to both mother, birth partner and baby's birthing experience. The manner in which a baby is born can have a lasting affect through life, so why wouldn't you want to bring your baby into the world with the tools learned with hypnobirthing to give you and your baby the calmest and positive birth experience that you can?
